Helping people flourish while they’re getting where they’re going

What is Grace in the Gap?
Are you waiting for something to change? Working towards something that still feels a long way off? Starting again after life took an unexpected turn? Or maybe life is actually pretty good but you’re still tempted to think you’ll be happier in when... [insert your dream scenario here!]
- The gap between the weight you have and the life you imagine.
- The gap between infertility and contentment in family life.
- The gap between unanswered prayers and complete trust in God.
- The gap between faith and disappointment.
- The gap between breakdown and recovery.
- The gap between writing the first draft and becoming the writer you're growing into.
We all have a gap between where we are and where we want to be.
You don’t have to walk it on your own.
THE 5 day affirmation challenge
Who is it for?
- For anyone who’s much better at encouraging everyone else than encouraging themselves.
- For anyone ready to turn down the self-criticism and turn up the kindness.
- For anyone tired of being their own harshest critic.
- For anyone who needs reminding that they’re doing better than they think.

Meet Annmarie miles
I’m Annmarie - writer, broadcaster, speaker and lifelong work in progress.
I know a bit about gaps. The gap between the life you imagined and the life you’re actually living. Between who you are and who you’d like to be. Between starting something and getting there. And between knowing all the right things and actually managing to do them!
Grace in the Gap has grown out of my own experience of learning that life isn’t something to be endured while we wait for the next thing to happen.
I’m still learning. Still hoping. Still changing. Still getting things wrong.
But I’m learning to recognise the good stuff along the way, to be kinder to myself in the unfinished places, and to trust that there is grace to be found right here — not just at some imaginary finish line.
That’s what I want to explore through Grace in the Gap.
So, pull up a chair. I’m figuring this stuff out too.
Speaking and Broadcasting
I love communicating with people, whether that’s behind a microphone or standing in front of a room full of them.
I speak about finding grace when life hasn’t gone to plan, living well in the here and now, navigating change and disappointment, identity and self-worth, and finding hope and purpose while you’re still figuring things out.
My speaking is warm, down-to-earth and rooted in Christian faith, with plenty of stories and humour along the way.
I’m available to speak at conferences, churches, women’s events, retreats and other gatherings.
